As a supported employment enterprise, Veerkracht4 offers employment opportunities to people for whom employment on the regular labour market is not (yet) feasible.
Through supervised employment, the aim is to narrow the gap towards employment on the regular circuit, and where possible to enable a transition to a job.
Veerkracht4 focuses on the 4 activities below.
Veerkracht4 is a social economy enterprise that employs about 100 people in various forms of employment. With origins in welfare work, Veerkracht4 has evolved over the years to find a balance between social engagement and a business-oriented approach.
The mission has always been: increasing the participation of disadvantaged groups in the labour market. In order to effectively realise this aim, Veerkracht4 developed a range of activities that can be divided into 4 groups.
